Richard J. Ritchie, Ph.D. Dr. Ritchie received his B.A. in Psychology from Gettysburg College, his M.A. from the University of Richmond and his Ph.D. from the University of Houston. He retired after a long career with AT&T, where he worked as an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist. He is currently retired after teaching several courses at Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA
Linda Burbank, MSW, LCSW Ms. Burbank is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, School Based Therapist in the New Hanover County School District in Wilmington, North Carolina. Ms Burbank also has her own Adolescent, Child and Family Therapist practice in North Carolina

Harry Galbreath Mr. Galbreath played college football at the University of Tennessee. He was drafted into the NFL by the Miami Dolphins, where he played for a few years before going to the Green Bay Packers. Harry left Green Bay and retired after playing for the New York Jets. Mr. Galbreath is currently a coach at the University of Tennessee.
Robert Blodgett Mr. Blodgett was formally an Executive Director for the National Fatherhood Initiative. Mr. Blodgett is a published author and distinguished speaker. He currently resides in California where he is a dedicated husband and father.
Michelle Sodano, RN, Ms Sodano has an Assocate Degree in Business Management from Luzern Community College, an Associate Degree in Nursing from Luzern Community College and Her BS in Human Resource Management from King College, Pennsylvania
